However, having said that, I have continuously explored the site and I have familiarized myself, to the best of my ability, with the beginner's guide. 

if that doesn't get me anywhere in the DFW, then my other option would be to buy a live-in flip and continue to save until I can get into a fourplex.putting 20% down, puts me in a sub 180k range to get to a 1K mortgage included taxes.I hear one can get a fourplex FHA loan, with as little as 15% down, but I don't think it would be good to be that leveraged on it to start with.Thought? 

Second, I, too, am saddened about your unfortunate car accident, but I do applaud and commend you for not allowing a disability to hinder you from pursuing your dreams to open a real estate brokerage.Good job on continuing school and double majoring in business and real estate. 

Thoughts, anyone, on continued education and/or resources to invest ini to quickly grow?

Our site is ranking pretty well for quite a few keywords in our area, so I will continue that for when the market turns.

If it dropped significantly in value could we continue paying and would we be happy with our payments.

I knew I wasn't leaving China anytime soon, but seeing the US market continue to increase, my sister and I decided to go for it...stop talking and take action.6 months later, i'm happy to say we are 1 week away from closing on not one, but TWO triplex investment properties. 

The idea has come to mind to rent it out and continue on down the road looking for a better buy.

I would love a simple list like this of other options in case this doesn't pan out, or if I want to continue the same process.
