As I do not have family of my own (only child, no close cousins, etc), I would like to set up a foundation that assists families who have children with disabilities to cover the costs for things that insurance won't pay for: respite care so parents can have a break, special diapers for the older kids, opportunities to hang out with typically developing peers (like gymboree), etc.Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you and hope to be in a position to help others as I have already received so much help and inspiration!

As a lender/broker, my hands are tied when the borrower boggles their own transaction & it happens a lot.Their credit score goes down, they change their employment, they buy a car, apply for credit, spend their down payment, produce a problematic tax return, income cannot be verified as they disclosed, judgments turn up, they forget to tell the truth about child support, etc.
