I work in technology sales and my wife is a nurse practitioner; we're also expecting our first child in February 2018, so staying busy getting ready for that monumental change to our lives.

As I do not have family of my own (only child, no close cousins, etc), I would like to set up a foundation that assists families who have children with disabilities to cover the costs for things that insurance won't pay for: respite care so parents can have a break, special diapers for the older kids, opportunities to hang out with typically developing peers (like gymboree), etc.Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you and hope to be in a position to help others as I have already received so much help and inspiration!  

We pay for school breakfast and lunch because a child cannot learn if they cannot hear themselves think over the noise from their stomach.

Maybe it's been easy for me since I had no need for a third party to collect fore (and I hate escrows since I feel like I'm being treated like a child)Most complexity, IMO, is self inflicted.

As a lender/broker, my hands are tied when the borrower boggles their own transaction & it happens a lot.Their credit score goes down, they change their employment, they buy a car, apply for credit, spend their down payment, produce a problematic tax return, income cannot be verified as they disclosed, judgments turn up, they forget to tell the truth about child support, etc.

We were originally managing the properties ourselves but have since purchased more units and have a second child on the way.

We have one child going into college and one a junior in high school.

I betcha the same friends that invited him to weddings, child birthdays and family outings are going to be the 1st ones to loop up a rope for him.isn't like what they say about drug dealers, you get one, another shows up a second later.
