On realtor.com it is difficult to filter appropriately for these type of daily rentals.

It's not an easy task especially since most MLSs don't have a "ADU" filter and even if they do, agents often omit the data.

Set the filters to your criteria BUT also filter for homes that have been on the market 60+ days3.

This also allows you to filter out those that are not wanting a pet as badly as they thought and could help out potential landlords in the future.

Not as high of a rent as I would have liked for the value of the home but not terrible in the same breath.

Oh and a pack of furnace filters and direction on when to change them.
