Off Market deals? Where can I find them?

Liran Afergan

Hello BP fellows,

Does anyone knows what is the best source to find the off market deals ?

MLS competition is impossible and I'm waiting with cash for several months and can't find a good deal because apparently people from all industries got into the RE business and they are overpaying on properties so it made the competition impossible.

I will appreciate if you guys can share with me different ways to find off market deals that are not accessible to the main stream of investors.

Thanks

Liran

Hi @Liran Afergan

They don't put "Off market" deals in any one place. Otherwise they would be "Market deals". So the key is finding the people who have property they aren't really thinking of selling yet, until you meet up and that seed gets planted. Also if they know what you do, when a piece of property pops up they come tell you that they just found one from their Neighbors, cousins, third uncle's friend they went to middle school with in 1962. So my suggestion is to go out and meet people, don't stay too long at any one place and be social.

Good Luck!
