Tell them what you want to do with your license, because there are are a few brokers who may not want an investor or a person who isn't going to be a high producer.

You might produce a Rental Agreement to your liking; say with a 6 or 12 month Rental period, and have the purchase of the property be contingent on the Seller getting the tenants to sign the agreement.

I know which are good/ bad from a renter's perspective and would be interested to know which are friendly to investors.Also, the school's student body grows larger each year. 2 year lag between incoming class and when they move off campus.
