I recently spent time working in Howard County, MD where I handled BHRP vouchers frequently which grew my interest in section 8 housing and encouraged me to make my first effort in Section 8 property which I purchased in Anne Arundel, MD.I am interested in learning more about individual investment strategies, especially funding as I though I appear to be "mortgaged out".

The other unit has 2 rooms of which you are renting to two other individuals?

I find very few truly wealthy individuals would deal at the street level.. 

If you have section 8 or 42 tenants you will need to check with the local housing authority to see how to handle them, or face the consequences of kicking one out.

If you insist in doing the short sale, all you need to get started is a signed authorization form to talk to the lender.

The counties/probate courts don’t generally provide a “list”.....access to the individual files is open to the public.....you make your own list.
