Probate lists from the courts
My question is specific to probate cases when the house needs to be sold. I would like to know:
1. Which court to go to for a list of properties currently in probate - Usually, these lists also have information on the property owner and the attorney handling the case
2. Are these lists available to the public?
3. Assuming I do get access to a list of properties in probate, how do I determine which properties actually need to be sold in order to settle the case? Is this something that only the attorney on the case would know or is there information on the list that can help me narrow my search?
