do you use 2 coats of paint and call it a day?

I feel like I have a reasonable grasp (as much as someone could in the short while I've been studying) on the 1-4 family market, but 5+ is proving to be another animal altogether, very complex.

My crews prefer the paint since it's better quality which often means less coats, less coats means less time, time is money. 

In terms of rehabbing the property, the workflow can range from throwing a coat of paint on a wall or two, to an entire gut of the mechanicals, windows, siding, and flooring.

I'd prefer to ethically raise animals for meat and grow 100% of our produce as well but don't have enough space.

I'm going o be a little blunt but this is BP where we don't sugar coat it!
