Challenge finding a tenant
I have a property in very desirable sylvan park nashville (currently low rental inventory) for rent at a below market rate (4 bed- $3850) and am getting very little inquires into the property. Everyone I speak to in the industry is surprised the property is not renting. Any advice / strategies to employ to get this property rented?
