I just came across Auction.com and wondered if any one from the BP community has ever purchased property from the website?

If you know of neighborhoods with similar duplexes you could also try looking the addresses up on your county tax assessor website to see what they last sold for.

I have seen websites, but the ones I have found want you to join their website for fees before seeing anything.

also, there is a extra column "bankruptcy" , some of the properties marked " BK Hold" whereas some didn't. for this particular one, it didn't marked " BK Hold". when I looked up this property online, most of the websites said its off market.
