Hello Everyone,I have recently began my career in real estate and have landed on wholesaling in the southwest region of Atlanta (around the Decatur, Scottsdale, Avondale, Kirkwood, Edgewood, East lake, even as far north as Druid Hills).I am looking to see what type of properties, deals, and general characteristics most rehabbers are looking for, or want to avoid in this area, so that I can find attractive offers for my list of buyers.

Boca has a draw due to FAU, Boca Regional Hospital and the number of corporate employers however there are numerous apartments due to come on the market in 2017 as well. 

My only disclaimer is that my operations were in "The Hole" type properties and I've not managed complexes on a regional or national basis.

We do have a real shortage of homes for rent generally in NH and very much so in the white Mountain Region, so a good time to be offering rentals.
