Wholesalers looking for advice from rehabbers in SE Atlanta

Hello Everyone,

I have recently began my career in real estate and have landed on wholesaling in the southwest region of Atlanta (around the Decatur, Scottsdale, Avondale, Kirkwood, Edgewood, East lake, even as far north as Druid Hills).

I am looking to see what type of properties, deals, and general characteristics most rehabbers are looking for, or want to avoid in this area, so that I can find attractive offers for my list of buyers.

Furthermore if anyone can help me find general contractors or a lawyer for the contracts. I would love to be able to stand behind my numbers when proposing a deal to my buyers and of course be able to legally transact everything comfortably.

Thanks in advance for any advice. Feel free to comment below or message me directly.

Will
