I would love someone who is an active real estate investor and is trained in tax strategy (not a requirement but the more first hand knowledge the better) Anyone got any recommendations for me?

Getting a Real Estate VA is one of the trends nowadays, but do you think it's still worth it? 

About a year or two ago I pivoted and started flipping and finding alternative strategies, but I have realized those cannot replace this strategy, they can be in addition to it, but I need to continue buying, moving, and keeping as a rental every couple of years because this really is the best strategy for building long term wealth.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I retired from the Army about two years ago, and during the last 3 years serving I started investing in real estate for extra income on the side.

Through observing what many of these out of state or passive real estate investors (your most likely client base)  prioritize in these forums two items that jump out are avoidance of major capex repairs and asset protection.

Brokers are hungry for your business, and are looking to add to their buyer lists.You can always buy real estate in any part of the market cycle, but you can’t always sell.

If you insist on having someone review it, I believe TurboTax has an ask-accountant feature but I doubt they have extensive real estate knowledge.
