When I bought Disney stock, I didn't go down and tour their offices.

You don’t get to tour the home.  

In my area, the small commercial (5+ units, average about 15-20 units) multifamily broker who had lots of connections ignored my requests to tour properties he had available with my clients back in 2017-2018.

We toured a few places with a Real Estate Agent but eventually found a property ourselves that wasn't on the market. 

Are there any go to companies for residential virtual 3D tour photography in the Cleveland area?

The 4187 could have been an extension to their tour or they requested to shorten it- either way they would have know they are short-timers and should have disclosed that It's been 4.5 years since I got out but if I remember correctly we get our orders 60 days (more if its a TRADOC station) from the date we have to report to the next duty station. 

Get staging and professional photography/video tour done so the house will be presented at its best to potential buyers.

Doing my first painted floor (a nod to 'European style painted wood floor")  Will post pics when I know how it comes out.

At the very least get to Memphis and take a tour of the city.
