Jumping in from Wichita Falls, TX

Hello Bigger Pockets Community!

My husband and I moved to Wichita Falls, TX last year and just bought our first investment property. We are in the process of fixing it up and getting it ready for rental.

We both work full time jobs but spend all of our free time researching and working on projects. We have 2 dogs and 7 chickens. We love to be outside, but are struggling in this Texas heat/humidity!

We decided earlier this year we would take the leap and get started. We toured a few places with a Real Estate Agent but eventually found a property ourselves that wasn't on the market.

I am excited to learn more from Bigger Pockets as we progress with our first investment!
