Sorry you had to witness that atrocity but glad it brought you here :) Joshua Dorkin thinks I should make more YouTube - maybe it's a good idea to introduce more people to BP.

Think too, that if you get some middle aged homebuyers with good incomes, you can approach them about investing as well, introduce the better clients to investing!

Hi Everyone,I have been lurking on BP for quite some time and thought it was about time I introduced myself.My name is Jared, I'm a Canadian that lives in Houston, Texas. 

Not only did she not introduce us, but I had NO idea she was showing the house, she was talking badly about me, lying about my family and me, and also lying about herself and as to why the house was in the condition that it was in.

I just wanted to introduce myself to the forum and investors alike for the services that I can offer.I am an energetic and ambitious agent with over 8 years of real estate investing and property management experience.

I think that it would be worth it for you to reach out to real estate agents in your area and ask them if they have contacts or folks they could introduce you to who need someone they can trust as a partner who can handle the contracting and handyman side of the business.I would look to the Bremerton community, both for partners and personal investment opportunities.
