Robert, this was an REO deal....as for the marketing....bandit signs for locating the buyer...I'm getting in the habit of putting up 20 bandits signs twice a month (over the weekend - I'd pick them late Sunday night/early Monday morning).

@Bill Gulley -I don't know about this REIA specifically, but some groups take care of all or a portion of the travel expenses for guests including hosting them at restaurants for some meals.

I'm intrigued by the move because geographically it is about equidistant to the Atlanta and Charlotte MSA's and I do not mind traveling.

However I am looking to start off by wholesaling notes as I am traveling out of the country alot and cant deal with actual real estate.
