Robert, this was an REO deal....as for the marketing....bandit signs for locating the buyer...I'm getting in the habit of putting up 20 bandits signs twice a month (over the weekend - I'd pick them late Sunday night/early Monday morning).

@Bill Gulley -I don't know about this REIA specifically, but some groups take care of all or a portion of the travel expenses for guests including hosting them at restaurants for some meals.
