I am going to try these out and report back once I talk to them to make sure they are legit

I have units without washer and dryer and they rent fine but I found myself showing to people who really wanted the washer dryer way too often so I do put that in the ad and review it again on talking to them.   

Rent out a room, or two or 3 in your new place to friends, family, co-workers.
