Cost Segregation Study - SFR

I am looking to hire an established Denver firm to perform a cost segregation study on a rental. What sort of hiring criteria do you evaluate in the firm performing the study? And what is the usual fee range?

Thanks in advanced,

Eric

@Eric Lowe

If you cannot find a local firm, reach out to these experts who operate national firms:  @Bernard Reisz, @Yonah Weiss, @Julio Gonzalez

But before hiring a cost seg company, make sure it will be beneficial to you: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/51/topics/1075919-five-...
