Hi everyone,My name is Jenny and I'm looking for a mentor who can teach me the ropes of investing.

Would love to get your advice and guidance if you have dealt with similar issues.As always, thank you to all the BP members who are willing to share they experience and teach all of the new comers to the REI.

Experience will teach you more than any school.

Instead of doing what others do by waiting for success to then teach the world how, I will be documenting my progress, or maybe lack there of, as I push through.This way the struggle is real and fresh and not forgotten in the aftermath of accomplishment.I hope my experience is of some use and please feel free to contribute. 

That process will teach more than any book will.  

The second one is a vacation home we bought in 2005, and the value has not come back to what we bought it for while it is generating some revenue from vacation rentals.My primary interest is flipping as I'm very much into designs and architecture, but my long term goal is to have multi-family units to generate cash flow so we can retire and do the things we're passionate about such as traveling and teaching. 

Dont do it @Giovanni Di Puglia.Those guys tell you a little and get you all excited and for only $XXXX.00 they will teach you more and give you all that you need to be a super rich real estate expert.

The basis of the program stated that a group of people would drive around with someone that was more experiences so they could teach those that were interested a little about what they look for in terms of a potential property to acquire.

I hate the BS, just like any of us, but it's all in how we react and handle each scenario that will teach us to be better in the future..
