If you're wanting to mention within the marketing piece that you specialize in helping people who are this type or that type fine however I wouldn't directly go after the small groups. for two reasons. 1 - they're not large enough to sustain a business model and 2 - I don't want all of my eggs in one basket.

@Ryan Battista  no doubt... however my opinion on this and watching wholesalers for 20 plus years since it became a thing is only about 2 to 5 in a hundred have any kind of sustainable success.. and you may be the one of those so hats off to you.I do know though if you have those same sales skills and make no mistake about it you need MAD sales skills to be a good wholesaler.. and you had the same budget you could absolutely kill it as a real estate broker for the rest of your life..
