The hoops to jump through for this are many and complicated, so for most people it's not worth it, but I point this out to show that there is some wiggle room in retirement plans and the restricted transaction code shouldn't deter anyone from using real estate in a 401K.As I've said before: "Don't occupy Wall Street, Escape Wall Street!

The exterior could definitely use refreshing & there is a large tree in the front of the house that blocks most of the house from the street.
