When I built these for Gary I didn't actually build the whole house floorplan, I just created standalone rooms and added some extra walls to give the appearance that it was part of a bigger house.

But they only need to be installed if you start tearing up walls and ceilings.Otherwise, some of these items will depend on the city inspector at the time and if they'll issue a valid COC.

Another example was a small dent in a wall that didn't need to be filled in that I puttied anyway... then realized that was one of the few walls in the house that I wasn't going to repaint and I didn't have the original paint color.
