It only broke the outside pane and not the inner pane so its not a huge concern but I’ve been trying to be respectful of the tenant.

I didn't collect a security deposit from my remaining 2 tenants only because they have lived there for 20 and 8 years respectively and their units were very well kept.

Also, when people look at your company, you want them to see that you are active and respectful when you deal with clients.

When I show the property to potential tenants I'm extremely clear that I expect to be paid on the 1st, that they are not to leave dishes out, and that they need to be quiet and respectful of everyone else at night.
