In Santa Rosa CA, they have been rebranding rent control to "rent registry".People who work in the real estate industry, small business owners all worked together in Santa Rosa to beat rent Control and successfully defeat it on the ballot.These outsider special interest groups that lost there Rent Control campaign in Santa Rosa and raised money to put rent control on the Ballot in Santa Rosa are currently sending out press releases to the media telling them they have an active rent control campaign in Los Angeles County cities and Orange County.
