I do think a motivated seller would rather call a marketing piece with a face vs a regular yellow letter or post card.I'm gonna bump this again to see if can get any more feedback before I spend a few thousand on marketing materials with my Mug all over them.AG

The records show a grantor and grantee.The grantor is the deceased and a "IND ADMIN" or "IND EXEC" which I am guessing means independent administrator or executor.The grantee seem to be relatives of some sort, as they usually have the same last name.Also, sometimes, it shows a consideration amount.

I must have poor intuition for this sort of thing, because it doesn't make sense to me why apartments would be seen as "normal" living spaces and mobile homes are often seen as trashy.
