Has anyone ever tried to register their Real Estate Business with the SDVOSBC on the SAM website for federal government bids on contracts?

I joined this group with the hopes of starting a Real Estate Investment business soon so that I can step away from the corporate life I have lived for more than 30 years.It's time for me to try something new...oh, where to begin :) 

So I had to look at it as kind of walking into a ready-made business in a sense and the challenge is more so getting a steady stream of bookings after the builder/renter is out.

You might also meet someone that could be a potential business partner.

@William Coet this is likely going to be quite variable and be determined by your relationship with the institution you are seeking to do business with. 

What the “wholesaler” decides to do vis a vie the seller is his/her/their business.  

I am currently in the process of laying the groundwork for an Air BNB Arbitrage Business model specifically targeting the Anchorage/Wasilla region in Alaska.

It's always a good idea to be examining how you do business and considering minor adjustments.

I have a large MF lot I am looking to put a modular pre-fab or panelized 5-10 unit building on due to lack of available labor...builders are all busy.

But a lot of hardcore investors dont have this problem because when you are familiar with your market and your returns, the decision can simply be broken down to a matter of what is the best business decision for you.
