I tried contacting the Attorney listed on the Notice of Sheriff Sale and the Attorney said they do not handle the property management during the period of foreclosure and that was the end of the conversation.I was thinking I could throw the contracted Property Manager a few bucks to open the door for a bit and let me walk around but it sounds like there is no one to contact on this front since no one is managing the property.

But to learn more on the cheap..I always recommend one figure out who the guru's are that are selling the systems.. most of them have written materials and CDs they give a package out to paying students.the students burn out never do anything and the next thing U know they are selling their materials on E bay for 50 bucks that they paid 10 to 25k for..

In college rentals, I don't know that I would jump onto the LVT wagon...price wise you may not get the bang for your buck due to the high traffic, high wear nature.
