It is absolutely possible to be a good human *and* run a business *and* make money *and* not be a push over ...... 

As a fellow human being, I do think that person needs some help. 

They should be able to show you how to build a business entity structure such that NONE of the entities are owned by ANY human person - they're owned by each other.

Valid point on dealing with insurance companies which on the scale of reputable businesses rank a half notch above your neighborhood crack dealer.

:)Justin, I've not heard of the guy, but I've not heard of most of them.Wholesaling is flipping, the contract or property, the older term I suppose as wholesale describes selling to another dealer as in selling a consumer product getting it to market.

Its not that I have bad credit, I don't even show up on the searches as an actual human.

The best way to "get in" is to try and find off market dealers.

But as everyone knows so well, sometimes it is a mental game, and I really needed the human connection.
