Has anyone heard of this guy? I'm reading one of his books called Secrets of a Millionaire Real Estate Investor and I'm wondering if anyone else has had read this or any of his other books.

I've only just started reading it and he uses the term "flipping" as members here on BP use "wholesaling." This is just a small matter of terminology and doesn't mean the information is bad, but it still raises a small amount of doubt about what he says.

Can anyone tell me if my doubts are unfounded?

Hi . I am Robert Shemin the author . Though no book is perfect and I am obviously biased . This book won 10 best investing books by a couple of national independent investor organizations . I got hundreds of letters and  testimonials from investors that made many deals from the simple but effective strategies outlined in this book . The negative reviews are mainly from other authors .. Do the activities the book teaches and you will probably make deals . It's not what you read or think you know it's what you do ..,let me know if I can help you in any way ..
