In terms of requirements for parks and such, we've essentially grinded the last couple weeks on the phones and called every MHP in our 50 mile radius to find openings and ask questions.

In my 4-Plex, I have one unit with roommates who have been generating a lot of noise complaints from the unit below them.

Really think about the type of tenant you're going to get that is ok with living above bar noise until 3 am every night...I'd pass it up but first maybe try and get up there during open hours.

The one thing though that makes me grind my teeth is when the letters have lines in them that read like the following:  " We are the premier real estate investment company in the Memphis market ".Knowing that this is a 100% false statement and most likely they dont have any homes to sell bothers me a little. 

No magic bullet my friend just a grind!!!!  

I'm glad you guys got through your grind and are able to appreciate the other side now that the rooms are filled. 

the only problem I see with that is that if I am just going to the bathroom in the middle of the night to take a leak then the fan is pointless, and now I have to listen to it run for the next 30 mins, especially as it ages and starts to make more noise while running.

I'm a Software Engineer from Philadelphia and I'm getting a bit tired of the 9-5 grind.
