Just remember there is to types of noise - sound and vibration and each one is treated very differently.

You might need to look in a different market to get the good BRRRR deals.

However, if you generalize, if the company isn't personally investing in deals and is solely working off fees and carried interest, then I agree that you probably aren't seeing the best deals.

You are also at the mercy of a perfect pay history and to service companies that if a payment is ever late even by accident.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

I have also listed it with relocation companies.
