Regarding liens and title searches...I think there are private companies you can hire to check title.What state and city are you buying in? 

I'm leery of the find investor friendly agents tab as I did that with lenders last summer and my phone started blowing up within 2 minutes of hitting the button and was getting constant calls all day.

We will inevitably work with a CPA in the future, but are there benefits to starting that relationship now?
