@Jay Hinrichs, you may wanna tell USDA and the VA admin. about your feeling of "NO ONE deserves a 100% loan" as they haven't gotten the memo and have not stopped offering 100% loans, even thru melt down and are doing just fine right?

I had read that instead of selling the properties that are govt guaranteed (FHA, VA) they would instead rent those same properties out until the market turned around in the hopes of turning a profit later on.
