Prove my Appreciation Theory wrong

The theory I'm trying to prove is when a school places more frequently in the Top 10 year end BCS/CFP rankings, the more appreciation yields for real estate holdings in that college city. Check my blog post here:  https://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/8160/69582-dow...

And if you are in one of these cities or states, prove my theory wrong!

Los Angeles, Honolulu, Stanford, Miami, Seattle, Austin, Berkley, College Station, College Park, Boulder, Salt Lake City, Corvallis, Morgantown, Boise, Pullman, Fort Worth, Eugene, Waco, State College, Manhattan, Madison, Gainesville, Lubbock, Norman, Fayetteville, Baton Rouge, Chapel Hill, Tuscaloosa, Oxford, Blacksburg, Iowa City, Stillwater, Clemson, Tucson, Mississippi State, Tallahassee, Atlanta, Knoxville, Ann Arbor, Columbia, Lawrence, Lincoln, Auburn, Champaign, Athens, Louisville, Columbus, East Lansing, Cincinnati, South Bend, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, South Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia, Illinois, Alabama, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Michigan, Tennessee, Florida, Mississippi, Arizona, Oklahoma, Iowa, Virginia, North Carolina, Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, West Virginia, Utah, Maryland, Colorado, California, Hawaii.
