I was curious as to what management companies do when their clients live in another state. 

After years of using a property management company, I'm looking to self manage two 4 bedroom/2 bath student housing condos I own in a college town. 

Insurance companies have any begun to charge more for Philly row homes, and the property assessment continues to increase year after year. 

Any other companies people in the BP fam have used that you like? 

We do have a lender lined up and do have an agent.I'm thinking about going straight through the title company because my agent did not find this property and did not do any of the seller negotiation. 

Title company is asking the EIN/TIN of the entity. 

Work with an independent broker - I represent Steadily amongst many other companies - rather than a call center for a insurance carrier or MGA.

I rather not speak poorly about a company in the public forum, I'll DM you and maybe you can let me know if you've heard of them or had any bad experiences. 

@Brad Larsen runs a great property management company in San Antonio and is very well connected to the investor community.

Another is McDonalds who is a RE company that happens to sell hamburgers.
