Home is being relocated to a mobile home park in Roseburg OR.

Years of trial and error, From single family to an RV Park the want to own mobile home parks has always been in me.

It is also perfectly located close to parks including Seville Park within walking distance, jogging & biking trails, mountain biking, beaches, shopping, golf courses, schools, the 5, 241, and 73 freeways.

This is simply my high-level opinion as someone that works in the multifamily mortgage banking/lending space that does a lot of business with the GSEs and large National Banks in North Carolina.

Notice the cars that are parked and if people that are walking around seem friendly or if young families are there or not. 

Parking pads in good shape?

@Sean Wilkinson hi, I am saving to purchase my first investment mobile home property and am wondering if the homes you purchased were in a park, did you have to move them to a park or was the land included?

I am starting to believe it is like the south park episode where they use a headless chicken to determine what action the government should take for each of the companies that bankrupt.
