I very recently began listening to BiggerPockets podcasts and decided to join the website because of my interest in wholesale.

A lot of the 2-4 units trade off market so you're going to want to join facebook groups for Huntsville area real estate.

Suggest you join the  (local to your rental)  rental owners or multi family owners group and start taking the classes they will provide.

We joined Bigger Pockets so that we can begin to network and learn more about what has made so many successful in real estate!

You can join the BP community in your area and use that to network - and you can connect with both lenders and real estate agents on here who will also help you with your goals!

I would recommend joining some local groups in the area and meeting other investors.

FYI about the MLS - you'll need to join a board of realtors to get access and that will be a regional access, so you should look into that to make sure the areas you want to focus on are included.
