My current investing is primarily with SFH but want to transition to multi-family.I am currently seeking a 6-14 unit multi-family property to start, preferably in Georgia but certainly in the South East.

I am currently a college student studying business at the University of North Georgia and I live just north of Atlanta.

Also I will be moving with my boyfriend & we will also have a car ( If that changes anything) The AREAS that I am interest in moving to are Austin, TX; Houston, TX, Raleigh,NC; Seattle, WA; Atlanta,GA.
