I have been shadowing him on the weekends, and was offered a job as a Property Manager / Partner in the family business.

I am in emergency state and will not be able to get to work if I loose this apartment this weekend.

I'd also recommend focusing on one county at a time, or homes close to one major school or one major highway. when you start beating the pavement and heading out to visit sites, you don't want to be in the car for hours just to check out a couple sites, you want to be able to see a double digit number of properties each weekend until you find that first investment. good luck!

FYI, they did pay finally over the weekend, but since lease is over, I still want them out so working towards that as well.  

I am an agent but want to be an investor as well.I am working full time during the day and trying to do real estate on nights and weekends.

I am actually(regrettably) attending the 3 day $1500 seminar this weekend and got hit with expensive further training packages yesterday.

The property went under contract this week and will have mutliple offers on it by this weekend.
