Need financial advice quickly

Finished a year long divorce and was sent out of town by my ex before he served me. He closed my accounts and in couldn't get home. As I began to get back on my feet and get my credit back up in the 750's I was ready to go home and find a place of my own. A few days before leaving and going home I was sitting at a stop sign and was Tboned by a lady texting and driving, then she ran high speed from the scene. She was caught up to by witnesses and police sent. I spent 8 months under Dr care and physical therapy 5 days a week and had to open every credit card I could get to use for living expenses such as rent, utilities, insurance, cell, food, ect. As an accountant by trade working for all the big oilfield companies in know this is the worst thing someone can do. This was survival as I have no friends or family to assist, stay with or help. Now I'm back working but am in debt and cannot get paid before rent is due on the first of November. Checked around town and found all the shelters full. As a woman it is a death sentence to be on the streets alone in this city as it is highly gang ridden. I need help getting a foothold so I'm not another statistic. I am 90 days away from the settlement according to the lawyer. In the meantime I need a loan to help along side new income to get my credit debt down and consolidated and keep bills paid, but cannot get funded. I am in emergency state and will not be able to get to work if I loose this apartment this weekend. In 90 days I will have a chunk to pay off everything. I'm in need to get me to that point and even settlement lenders have not been of assistance. I own a home in Alaska showing a huge mortgage under my credit, however my first ex husband and his wife and two kids live there and I have not paid toward that house in 8 years. They cannot refinance yet due to her credit and his income isn't enough to close the deal himself. I have about 20 accounts between credit cards and car loans that never missed a single payment ever, most of those accounts closed now, except the credit cards that I had to live off of for 8 months. Every one of those accounts are current with not one late payment. I have one credit card charged off as it is the card I left back home when I came out of town for what I thought was a week visit. My ex took that card and paid all his, mine and my daughter's medical bills with it and never told me and never paid it. As my address was not forwarded to where I am due to his attorney waiting to charge me with abandonment of child and property I was not notified of this by the lender until it was 150 days past due and was told it would charged off in three weeks if I couldn't pay at least 3k immediately but that would still leave it 150 days past due and ready for charge off still unless I could make another huge chunk the next month. As this was not feasible I paid what I could and put the account in dispute, but have still not received an account breakdown of the charges or any other paperwork. I asked for a payment plan in the meantime while it was disputed and they refused to help me with a payment plan at all just wanting full payment. As the wreck had just occurred at this point i was laid up with severe back and neck injuries requiring 324k in surgeries that I can't pay for and the at fault driver was not covered for. I'm now getting back into accounting but am at risk of losing everything this weekend with rent due and no more I can take from credit cards. Thank God they are all current so far. No collection calls. Please someone give me advicr on how to get a foothold during the worst year and a half I have ever experienced as I have never faced this before as I always had a great corporate job. I have been kept away from home by my ex and he has a girl 26 years younger than him that was our babysitter move in the day he sent me 5600 miles away to visit where i was born. Blindsighted and desperate I don't know where to turn. All credit and loans can be paid in full upon settlement in 90 days. Criminal charges are being pressed on the hit and run driver by SAPD and that case will run its course for a year but at least the settlment from insurance will close in 90 days. I still require upkeep of physical therapy for injuries sustained and cannot get my surgeries without 324k to get them done. I have retrolithesis now in 6 discs that will degenerate until I can no longer walk or have any life quality. Once I get a foothold and secure my apartment and get some debt down then the settlement will get me debt free and I can begin figuring out how to get needed surgeries. Please anyone, please help. I need advice when you can't get funded after such a traumatic year on how to get back on my feet.
