I think I had a $32,000 outflow month with a commercial roof and separate sewer repair on a different property at the same time.If it makes you feel any better, April was a $26k bye bye month for me as well and I'm under contract for a $90k cash buy.

My two cents, with the big markets being over their previous peaks, and Bakersfield in particular repositioning strategy right now, I think that coming here could be a great option because we havent reached our previous peaks yet (IMO due to the fact that we are diversifying away from being solely oil and ag and going towards distribution). 

Brooklyn is still 4% under its 1950s peak population.
