Let me use their extra car when I am in town...

Seller might have 6,000 for a policy but that is because they own multiple properties and reached  a policy limit and to insure one more is just a little bit extra.

I did not know they owned the home free and clear but I did know the family had a little extra cash then most people.

The money from the machines covers my rental cost and extra utilities.

I find investors running into problems because their JV partnership was poorly structure and, all of the sudden, there are no provisions as to how to cover the need for extra capital to complete the project.

Plus Real Estate would give me the extra monies to purse investing in Real Estate and I could buy my own properties.

Now, if they take my old washer and dryer down the road and put it into another house instead of just hauling away, then they definitely deserve extra pay!

Should Person 1 be compensated extra for the additional risk of taking on debt?
