She said she was parked directly behind my duplex in the dirt/gravel area that is on my property.Anyway, I went to the unit to drop some supplies off, and sure enough, the neighbors car is parked directly behind my property in the back.

But I guess prices will eventually drop, but it will take over a year.  

The closest I came to my own investment was renting out individual rooms from my home (back when I owned one) to be able to afford living there while my income had dropped.

I also know that some investors are advising to wait, that the market will continue to drop over the next 6 months.
