In the meantime I'm dealing with a property with continuing theft and vandalism and trying to keep it at my sale value, working with the county to do the necessary repair and abatement work to release the code compliance liens, getting IRS liens released, and trying to figure out if the tenant is crazy and needs a social worker.

I don't understand why this is, but I'm making it my mission for 2013 to find someone who fits the bill.

You really need to protect the last 4 of your social, your address is out there, your DOB can be out there.

All you have to do is go with the flow and understand your mission is to focus on the end result and do eveything that has to be done in a timely basis to achieve your rewards.

If you will not be able to drop off a compliance letter the next month because you interacted socially with them then do not go.
