I'm split-testing some decommissioned panels from a CA power plant ($65 each for 315W) that need chips repaired in the glass, versus some new demo units for $170/each for 300W. 

title plants have been moved to Phillipines.. if you asked the average person or real estate agent or lender what a title abstractor is .. they would just look at you funny never heard of one of those.. someone has to physically go to the court house..

I feel like next month he might complain that some plants in the yard causing pollen and he has breathing problem.

The auto industry suffers from the same sickness.

When laundry is placed in the unit, the tenant is responsible for most, or all (where water is sub-metered), utility costs;- equipment in common laundry rooms lives a rougher life and suffers more unattributable vandalism/damage than laundry in individual units.  

I normally would not say this but it sounds like with these tenants you are suffering and all communications should be redirected to the manager.
