Here's a spam email that I received...Hello,How are you,hope you are doing well,am rose anderson a lovely girl,and i drop at your profile www.biggerpockets.com and i love what i saw there,i beleive we can get aquainted,so if it interests you,pls reach me back here okay for further communications okay.i stop here awaiting your respond.Regards,Miss rose( [email protected] )please Contact me in my mail box so that i will send my picture to you and for further [email protected]

This is not exactly the kind of person I think needs to be communicating anything in the United States of America but rather should be tried for treason, like our present Commander in Chief.

I then sent it to him, ignored his request and blocked him from future communication.

That is a nich way we investors communicate.

The key though, I will tell you is be honest and constantly communicate your situation.

Communication is via telephone or in person.

In the end it is all about communication - if you are able to communicate your goals and make HER part of them, you will find success in your relationship.

I tell them as part of my speach when they are moving in that I keep regular hours and they should only call after hours for emergencies.Also, most of my tenants communicate with me via texting.

Like you said, I think communication and laying out exactly what I need/expect will be key.
