What states do not require an auction of a mobile home before taking over title for an abandoned mobile home?

I own my mobile home in a 55 and over community and was evicted..Can the trailer park just put in to take my trailer without notice

So a realtor has posted  2 mobile homes for sale that are on private land( 2acres).

Nobody knows the exact breakdown as to how many of the roughly 44,000 mobile home parks in the U.S. are 55+, but it's a safe bet that it's a small portion of the total.

I have a client that did a fix and flip on a trailer in a mobile home park he bought it for cheap like 5 k repaired it around 5k and sold for 25k. 

How do you compare rent comps when there's no other mobile home park in your immediate area/city viable on Google map?

Just a little bit of basic modern remodeling and I'm good to go.
