Purchasing a Mobile home
So a realtor has posted 2 mobile homes for sale that are on private land( 2acres). The property's are also currently being rented out for $700 a piece. The homes and land are being sold for 79k. I looked at other pieces of land that dont have mobile homes and the land goes for about 10k per acre. The homes don't look newer. I just wonder if the property is over priced. The property is developed with electricity, well water and a septic system.
