Need advice for first flip in Louisville

I need advice for getting started with little cash. I'm in Louisville, KY and I want to do a fix and flip but I only have access to $5-10k cash and about $35k in available credit. Where should I start? I've read books, listened to the podcasts and webinars, and read the forums. Is it possible to do this with barely any cash, or should I keep saving? My plan is to do a few cheap flips until I have enough capital to do the BRRRR method.

With being so new they may want to see you partner up with a more experienced investor or have personal assets to loan against.

Full disclosure, I have not worked with these businesses but they are all paid sponsors of the KYREIA.

Also would suggest driving for dollars in the hot zips - ton of content about this online.
